 一、为什么学《结构性思维》?


A: WHY study "Structural Thinking"?



1、结构性思维能为我们解决什么问题?


场景1:你的下属对你说:"领导,最近技术部说有几个项目不得不延期,还有刚才客户打电话询问解决方案的设计进展,另外,我看到……;对了,张总建议最近要开一次产品创新会,如果……可能……"听了半天你还是不知道他究竟要说明什么,或者需要给你提供什么帮助!

 

场景2:洋洋洒洒写了几十页的PPT报告,并在会议上跟大家滔滔不绝的讲了30分钟,虽然信息量丰富却不知所云,结果下面一片寂静——很好的解决了台下人员的失眠问题!

 

场景3:在电梯中无意中偶遇你的老板,老板随口问了你一句,"手头的项目情况怎么样?"电梯从楼上到楼下只有几十秒钟的时间,结果在这么短的时间内实在不知道该如何把工作说清楚!

 

这样的场景在日常的工作中是否很常见?没有要点、杂乱无章的口头表达和文字表达往往都缺乏对对方的说服力、甚至降低整个组织的工作效率。

究其原因是他们在传递信息时没有构建一个有效的逻辑结构。"结构性思维"可以帮助我们在表达核心观点的基础上,有理有据、条理分明地证明这个观点,使我们能够做到清晰思考和准确表达,如果全员普及更可以通过构建统一的思维和语言标准提升整个组织的工作效率。



1. What problems can structural thinking solve?


Is such a scene very common in daily work? Oral and written expressions that have no points and are disorderly, often lacking persuasiveness to the other party and even reducing the work efficiency of the entire organization.


This is the result of individuals who did not construct an effective logical structure when transmitting the information. "Structural thinking" can help us to focus on the core point of view in a rational, well-documented, and methodical manner. By expressing the core point of view, we can think clearly and express ideas accurately. Furthermore, language standards can improve the efficiency of the entire organization.

《结构性思维》课程的基本原则和思想来源于芭芭拉•明托女士经久不衰的经典畅销商业管理书籍《金字塔原理》,通过讲解结构性思维的特点,强化学员的逻辑思维,提高学员思考与表达的能力。通过结构性思维的训练,可以使我们的隐性思维显性化,显性思维工具化,使正确的思路和结果可识别、可传承!


2、结构性思维课程讲哪些内容?



1. What is the background of structural thinking?


The basic principles and ideas of the "Structural Thinking" course are derived from Ms. Barbara Minto's classic best-selling business management book "Pyramid Principles". By explaining the characteristics of structural thinking, students' logical thinking is strengthened. Further, students get the ability to think and express in a structured way. Through the training of structural thinking, we can make our implicit thinking explicit and instrumental, so that the correct thinking and its results can be identified and passed on!
