Our first edition will take place on the 21st of February at Azul Tapas Lounge. The prolific Peruvian chef Eduardo Vargas and his team have prepared an exclusive RMB 888 6-course dinner consisting of Spanish lobster, Argentinian wagyu flank and mushroom truffle croquette to create a rich mix of South American and Mediterranean influences. On top of that, our wine sponsor Treasury Wine Estate will offer you complimentary wine matching the menu, and introduce you to their special selection.
