每年十一月，中国瑞士商会华南分会都会为会员与朋友们带来一年一度的瑞士芝士火锅派对——一场充满温度与香气的瑞士传统盛宴。芝士火锅（Fondue）起源于阿尔卑斯山的冬季牧民生活，是瑞士人象征"团聚与分享"的美食传统。浓郁的芝士香气、暖意融融的氛围，让人瞬间感受到家的温度。

今年，我们不仅准备了地道的瑞士芝士火锅，还特别带来来自瑞士瓦莱州锡永的枫丹干白葡萄酒，让大家现场选购，搭配出最纯正的瑞士味道。除此之外，我们的合作餐厅 The Happy Monk 也将提供精美的冷切肉拼盘及其他西式佳肴，为您带来更丰富的味觉体验。让我们在这个初冬的夜晚，围炉而坐，举杯共庆，在美食与欢笑中结识新朋友、重逢老友，共享瑞士风情的温暖时光。

Every November, SwissCham South China warmly invites members and friends to our Annual Swiss Cheese Fondue Party – a heartwarming celebration of Swiss culinary tradition. Originating from the Alpine mountains, Swiss cheese fondue has long been a symbol of togetherness and sharing. The rich aroma of melted cheese and the cozy atmosphere make it the perfect way to welcome the winter season.

This year, in addition to our authentic Swiss cheese fondue, we are delighted to offer white wine from Sion, Valais, Switzerland, available for purchase to complete your true Swiss dining experience. Our partner restaurant, The Happy Monk, will also serve a selection of cold-cut platters and other exquisite Western dishes for guests to enjoy.
