Manuel Ramos is the Asia General Manager of Terao. He has been in China since 2005 and has been involved in the building industry for around 8 years. As General Manager, he is committed to lead Terao’s mission, which is helping mitigating climate change through its expertise in the building sector.

He is an MBA graduate, former board member of the EUCCC Shanghai Chapter and Environmental Working Group Chairman of the French Chamber of Commerce in China.

Navin Hossain is the Regional Manager for the provinces Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Shandong, and Zhejiang at the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai. He is the primary contact person for the German Chamber members in the aforementioned provinces in East China. Furthermore, Navin is organizing events and is overall steering the strategic development of the Chamber’s engagement in these provinces. He holds a degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Göttingen, Germany.

Dr. Tobias Arndt completed his industrial engineering studies at RWTH Aachen University (Germany) with a diploma in 2012. During that time, he also received his Master of Science at the Tsinghua University in Beijing. He was working as a research associate and project manager at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) for more than four years. Dr. Arndt conducted several research and consulting projects with industry related to production, logistics, and supply chain optimization. In his PhD thesis, he focused on quality control strategies in global manufacturing networks. Since 2017, Dr. Arndt serves as the General Manager of GAMI, establishing fruitful Sino-German collaborations between industry and research in the field of smart manufacturing.

With 7 years of professional experience acquired across Europe and Asia, he developed a strong expertise in accounting, finance, international taxation, audit, M&A and due diligences.
After completing his Double Master’s Degree in International Management between Bocconi University in Milan and Fudan University in Shanghai, he started his career with valuable experiences at Accenture and KPMG, followed by managerial roles in well-known consulting firms based in Shanghai.
He joined PHC Advisory Tax & Accounting in 2018 and, since then, he has been supporting our clients’ portfolio through customized solutions to manage their financial, tax, and accounting-related activities.

Maxime Besseas is a French engineer, specialized in energy modelling, energy pptimisation, low carbon approaches, and green building certification (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, HQE).

He works on new construction projects and buildings in operation. After working as project engineer and project manager, in both France and China, he is currently Asia Operation Manager at Terao. In China, he oversees mostly International industrial projects.

Gaspard has been based in China for over 6 years. After completing a Double Master's Degree of Science between Arts et Metiers Paristech in France and Shanghai Jiaotong University, he has been involved in environment-related activities.

He is in charge of developing TERAO's building sustainability services activity dedicated to the industrial sector in China.

Jochen Geschke has been active in China’s construction sector since 2007, mostly in the planning and building of factories.

During this time, he has served customers such as Würth, Volkswagen, Bosch, Hörmann and many, mostly German, industrial SMEs.

Romain Poirier, founder, and CEO of French House Design and Construction Consultant. Romain has several experiences in France, Mongolia, China and Hong-Kong. Jean-Philippe Delhom, founder, and CEO of the acoustic consulting firm Delhom Acoustics, is a passionate Senior Acoustics Engineer with more than 30 years of experience, making him a leader in building better environments and promoting acoustic comfort around the world.

His experience ranges widely from buildings acoustics such as retail, corporate offices, hospitals, hotels/resorts, music spaces, shopping-malls, auditoriums, educational facilities, restaurants, etc. to industrial projects like factories, windfarms, or town planning and environmental noise control.

Since 1995, his creative energy and motivation fueled the development of four agencies in Europe and Asia, that have kept themselves busy with over 8,000 projects completed on all continents.
