Guido Maune is the General Manager of Melitta Household Products Co., Ltd. In Shenzhen. Since 14 years he is living and working in China and has extensive knowledge in purchasing, project management and production. His working experience is in Automotive as well as Customer Goods. – Besides his diploma in Business Economical Engineering, he is certified management coach.

Victor Herrera is a qualified accountant in Mexico. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English and can communicate at an intermediate level in Chinese. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA degree with a Focus on China Business from Chongqing University.

Ms. Qin Anqi passed the Chinese national bar examination in 2011 and recieved her Master degree in law from Nanjing University in 2014. She worked in a law firm in Shanghai since 2013 and engaged in legal consultation work on employment law. In 2017, she joined Luther in Shanghai.

Besides her work on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, Mrs. Zhang has sizeable experiences with joint venture disputes and a steadily growing list of domestic litigation and international arbitration cases.

Mr. Juanjo Cardona is the Information Solutions Manager at Direct HR Group, the cooperation partner of the German Chamber of Commerce in China for the Labor Market & Salary Report since 2016/17. Mr. Cardona is the appointed project manager from Direct HR Group side and has extensive experience as a market researcher. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration as well as in Marketing Research.

Mr. Lucini is an Italian and Spanish Lawyer experienced in M&A, FDI, Corporate, Labor, cybersecurity and techonlogy transfer matters working in China for almost 10 years. Mr. Lucini provides legal advice for foreign companies in penetrating the Chinese martket and also assisted many Chinese companies in investing abroad.

Ms. Betty Zhang is an MBA holder of Hong Kong Baptist University in Strategic Human Resource Management. She used to be HRD in Fortune 500 companies such as Samsung, PwC and Carillion and she is well versed in China business consulting and international human resources management and development.

Brief introduction: Sherman has 20 years of consulting experience as he successfully helped HRs to lead the companies in FMCG, tech, jewelry and high-end product industries. He is now the director of Advanced Jewelry Co. Ltd. and is a futurist focusing on business environmental changes in Great China. In his spare time, he teaches business classes at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
