Beijing Women's Network Healthy Living Series is partnering with Superlife Gym this June to bring you our first ever Shape Up For Charity event featuring Sculpt Yoga & Meditation!
The special price of 55 RMB for Yoga or 85 RMB for the full event which includes a post workout food & networking session on the rooftop of Superlife Gym. (Usually 199 RMB for Gym & 49 RMB for food)

Sweat, sculpt and stretch in this fun and high-energetic class. Set to one of our favorite playlists, Sculpt yoga merges intense cardio, Vinyasa and mindfulness to fire-up the body, quiet the mind and strengthen the muscles surrounding and supporting the joints. Great for yogis at any stage of their practice! Let's get it! Both genders are welcomed!
