Camera Man

Liu Heung Shing is one of the most distinguished photojournalists of the past 40 years, who now runs Shanghai Center of Photography.

Join him at M on the Bund on Saturday 29th January for a discussion about China through the camera lens, and to showcase his latest project -- Shanghai: Portrait of a World City.

It's a collection of 141 images by Liu and other top photographers that capture the huge changes in this city and its people since the turn of the century.

He'll talk through those pictures, but also reflect on his celebrated career in news photography -- and on what he thinks makes a good photo.
