Join Swedish Young Professionals for a Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) class including self-defense techniques at Absolute MMA Shanghai.
Absolute MMA is a worldwide branch, in which Absolute MMA Shanghai was opened in 2018 offering classes in boxing, muay thai, wrestling, MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The martial arts gym will celebrate its 2 years anniversary in January 2020.
We are honored to have head coach Kemal Akagündüz with us for the class. Kemal is a black belt under Lachlan Giles. In 2012, he founded the East China Normal University BJJ Club. Kemal became a no-gi coach as a blue belt, and is actively competing in international competitions and has won medals in all his belt levels.
At the class, we will do:
- Warm up related to martial arts movements
- Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) techniques
- Self-defense techniques
- Positional sparring
