Save the Children is an organization that is devoted to making the lives of our future generations better. It focuses on empowering children, protecting them from physical abuse, guaranteeing they have opportunities to survive and prosper, and improving access to education.
What are the needs of a child's education? What are the lives of these vulnerable children like? How can they develop into interesting, well-rounded people?
Join us this Friday, April 19, as we invite Lin Feng, senior education project officer of Save the Children China Program and SEED fellow, to discuss her story of parenting education and peer learning entrepreneurship. She will also converse on the situation of early childhood and state of education for vulnerable children in China.
SEED is the only overseas-based social venture accelerator for Chinese innovators and was run on a voluntary basis until last year. All together, over 400 Chinese volunteers have joined the community and demonstrate Social Responsibility, Empathy, Empowerment and Dedication (SEED) through concrete action.
