The in-person Risk Resilience Reputation Breakfast series, launched back in 2020, aim in helping our network navigate an evolving legal landscape in China.
As for this session, we have invited Management Consultant in Supply Chain Johan Annell, from ARC Consulting. ARC Consulting has been conducting sourcing surveys for the last decade, measuring the perception of global sourcing markets and how it changes over time. Earlier this year, they organized the "2023 EU-China Business Sourcing Survey Presentation" together with the Benelux Chamber of Commerce, presenting their annual research results. This research is based on an extensive survey focused on giving a unique forward-looking indication of what companies experience and what they perceive in the future.
The survey highlights the recovery of China's sourcing activities after three tumultuous years but at the same time the continued draw of Europe and Southeast Asia as alternative sourcing destinations. It aims to share the insights of the report to help decision-makers develop their understanding of key trends and create better strategies, including taking into account impact on CSR.
Combined with this unique content, our Managing Director Philippe Snel will shed light on how proper contracting can help you to better manage and secure your supply chain. By anticipating the incidents that may occur and providing contingency solutions, a good contract allows you help reduce your cost and limit your risks.
