Per the discussion between QBPC Best Practices/Enforcement Committee (BPEC) and Shanghai People's Procuratorate, "theRoundtable on the Path of IP Protection "will be held during QBPC December Membership Meeting in Shanghai. The meeting was co-hosted by Shanghai People's Procuratorate, the Third Branch of Shanghai People's Procuratorate and Quality Brands Protection Committee of the CAEFI.

Officials from Procuratorates, Public Security and Administrative Organs will be invited to have an in-depth discussion with right holders on the topics of the Challenges, Pain Points, and New Trends in Criminal Protection of Intellectual Property, Criminal Judicial Protection of Trade Secrets and PP's Comprehensive Performance of Intellectual Property.
