We cordially invite you to our VDMA China Business Climate Survey Launch Event on May 18.
From April 13 to 29, we conducted our regular Business Climate Survey (BCS) among VDMA member companies in China, focusing on foreign-invested enterprises operating locally. A total of 222 companies contributed their perspectives on the current business environment in China and their expectations for the coming months. The survey results provide insights into sector-specific performance as well as recent developments in overall business growth, order intake, and capacity utilization and can be used as benchmark.
In addition, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Yan, Chief Economist at PricewaterhouseCoopers, who will provide an overview of China's current macroeconomic situation and share his outlook for 2026, helping to put the BCS results into perspective and offering valuable context for the discussion.
