Regional Annual General Assembly 2024

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

Save the Date for our Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) on Friday, March 22, 2024, in Shanghai marking a new chapter with the board election.

RAGA remains an opportunity to make your voice heard, review highlights from 2023/2024, and collectively agree on the program for 2024/2025. Additionally, during this event, we aim to deepen your engagement in SwissCham through industry-based committee-focus discussions, showcasing milestones, past successes, and future activities.

With this year's board elections, RAGA offers a unique chance for experienced senior-level executives of Swiss companies to join the Board of Directors, shaping the future of the largest Swiss chamber in Asia. Joining the Board not only provides a chance to familiarize yourself with our diverse community of over 600 members but also offers a platform to contribute positively to your industry committee.

We eagerly anticipate meeting you in person at RAGA on March 22 in Shanghai. Additionally, please note that our NAGA (National Annual General Assembly) is scheduled for March 25 in Beijing. If you are unable to attend either RAGA or NAGA, you have the option to grant a written proxy to another member. It's important to clarify that the proxy helps fulfill the attendance requirement but does not extend to voting or participating in elections.

In case you need to cancel your attendance to the event, please write an email to: cherry.huang@swisscham.org at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to cancel your RSVP timely will require the payment of a "no show bill" of the full amount stated in this invitation. For third-party events, the event terms and conditions of the event organizer apply.
