Are you concerned about a friend who is struggling and not sure what to do? It can all begin by simply asking, "Are you ok?"

R U OK?, a suicide prevention program which started in Australia, raises community awareness of the importance of having meaningful conversations with friends, family, and work colleagues, and how speaking up can play a vital role in supporting someone who we may be concerned about.

It can all begin by simply asking "Are you ok?"
