You may remember SURU SURU from their last Vietnamese Vermicelli Pop Up at ARCADE by Hatchery, in the beginning of this year. They are coming back and this time, the pop up will be different and exciting, because it is only happening from this week's Friday to Sunday, 19th - 21st April 2019 SURU SURU will be offering a series of authentic Vietnamese street food!
SURU SURU Menu will be available from 10:30am -10:30pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10:30am to 5:00pm on Sunday! Our regular and brunch menu are also going to be available over the weekend

- Mung Bean and Galangal Fritters with Siracha Mayo.
- Vietnamese Chicken Curry with coconut, carrot, lemongrass chicken thigh, coriander and crispy shallots.
- Bo La Lot with seasoned beef and pork mince rolled in a traditional leaf and grilled.
