新型冠状病毒防疫战，让在家办公的我们不由得要思考一个问题："如何可以让线上会议更加有效呢？"线上会议的有效性更容易受到干扰：例如讨论环节一片沉默；不知道其他成员是否忙于其他工作；不确定大家的理解程度等等。在此次的直播课程里，我针对这些在线会议独有的挑战，提供给大家实用攻略，例如利用一张简简单单的点名单，就能提升发言和讨论的有序性；巧用一个开场"check-in" 的环节，就能将成员的能量值提升；相信也一定能够助力你开出成功的高效在线会议。

Course Background

The new type of coronavirus epidemic prevention war makes us have to face a new question: "how can online meetings be more effective?" The effectiveness of online meetings is more likely to be interfered. For example, there are only silence in the discussion process; we don't know whether other members are busy with other work; we are not sure how well we understand, etc. This training will provide you with practical strategies for the challenges of these online meetings. By using a simple list of points, you can improve the order of speeches and discussions; by using a clever opening "check in" link, you can improve the energy value of members; I believe that it will also help you to open a successful and efficient online meeting.
