"Olives, Spain's Superfood" communication campaign endeavors to introduce the values and core attributes of the nutritious and flavourful Spanish olives to more Chinese consumers and industry professionals.


This Chef Cooking Competition is a great opportunity for catering professionals to showcase their expertise and work creatively with Spanish olives in the diverse and fascinating Chinese and Western snacks. As a chef competitor, it will be a challenging yet rewarding experience. You will be able to maximize the nutrition of the product, expand its already rich flavours and explore its versatile usage and in the end, you will be equipped with new skills of mastering this Spanish gourmet treasure.

As an audience at the competition, you will see firsthand the art of cooking that normally hidden behind the scene. More importantly, you will be inspired by the creativity of combining Spanish olives with Chinese and Western snacks, and it consequently brighten up your daily cooking and make cooking and dining at home even more enjoyable.
