At this BeHive training you will learn a powerful framework for handling conflict and difficult conversations effectively, in ways that bypass our usual automatic "fight or flight" defensive response and allow us to have real, important dialogues about the issues that matter at work and in our lives. On Tuesday May 14th you will have the chance to learn this essential framework which used everywhere from the United Nations to the Harvard Negotiation Project and numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Through the mentoring and guidance of bilingual trainer and coach Alex Weber, participants will learn the 4-part framework (the '4F Model' of Facts, Feelings, Findings, and Future) to effectively address difficult questions, negative feedback and interpersonal conflict, and master one of the absolutely most effective and practical tools for conflict resolution and communication in the world.
