Non-prosecution for Corporate Compliance: Practice & Tips

SwissCham Shanghai is pleased to extend an invitation for you to join our event on Thursday, December 14. This event aims to facilitate knowledge sharing on non-prosecution for corporate compliance.

Corporate compliance has become a hot topic in recent years. New regulations and guidelines involving multiple departments were issued this summer, and the pharmaceutical industry has started an "anti-corruption" campaign, bringing the compliance discussion to a new climax. Since 2019, China has introduced the "non-prosecution for corporate compliance" system, which has been gradually promoted in various regions, and a number of typical cases have emerged. In practice, what do enterprises need to pay special attention to? How should this system be applied in daily company management? For enterprises, how to manage compliance? How to effectively plan and execute corporate prevention and response measures, as well as delineate executive responsibilities? These questions will be thoroughly discussed during the upcoming event.
