Event Details

This group is developed for the needs of our busy Shanghai expats and will use evidence-based approaches to develop feelings of calm and clarity throughout the day. Beginning and experienced mindfulness practioners are welcome. Mindfulness has been proven to increase focus and decrease anxiety.

Location:  Virtual

Time: Mondays, 6 - 6:30pm, January 10 - April 4

Open to: Age 18 and up

Format: Open group – anyone can attend any week

Price: RMB 40 per session
