Our last member meeting in 2019 gives us an opportunity to discuss the objectives of the speaker series and how our club activities tie into these.

Brainstorm with us over a cup of coffee about how to improve the quality of our events, engage the audience, attract new members and keep past speakers in touch with our club.

The speaker series in particular needs to shift towards a decentralized organization, i.e. engaging all members to contribute to the speaker series by letting them take lead of whatever subject they are passionate about.

The club provides the mission – social impact for future good - and the event structure as a container and platform for members to become active.

A non-profit like us must by all means be even more efficient with the limited resources available than any for-profit on the market.

We need to automate whatever possible and streamline respective processes in the club. Learn about existing tools and give us your ideas on what to do better.

On the other hand, it is necessary to create more opportunities to experience fellowship, i.e. to give our club members and our extended club including friends, family, audience and past speakers a reason to enjoy our community.
