Xiaolongbao, is a famous Chinese traditional Han snacks, soup dumplings originated in the Northern Song Dynasty Kaifeng soup dumplings, as early as the Northern Song Dynasty, has been sold, called grout dumplings or soup dumplings. Later, it developed and evolved in different places, forming different tastes.
Xiaolongbao in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas are used to called Xiaolongbao, Sichuan, Wuhu called "Xiaolongbao", Wuhan called "Xiaolongbao", there are 10 steamed buns in a steamer, 10 steamed buns for a cage.
Xiao long Bao is a traditional snack in Changzhou, Wuxi, Suzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing and other places.
