    黎立律师是德国执业律师，并同时拥有中国律师执业资格，曾为跨国企业（尤其是中国公司）在德国和中国的投资和商贸提供法律咨询服务，同时也陪同德国企业在中国进行投资和发展。其特长领域在于公司成立、商贸合同、并购交易以及不动产购置、租赁。黎律师曾协助中国外交部及领馆负责人员共同设立中华人民共和国驻杜塞尔多夫总领馆，并受其委托成为该领区领保联络人员。自2018年以来协助中国一汽在海外设立研发机构，管理海外投资合作事务，招聘管理国际人才等。
