Dr Norman Chorn is an experienced business strategist, future thinker and author, helping people lead and build successful organisations in times of change. Well known to many as the ‘business doctor’. Norman’s innovative integration of neuroscience and strategy principles (neurostrate gy) has enabled the development of a range of proprietary techniques and approaches to achieve an enhancement in performance.Norman works as a strategy consultant and academic in Australia, UK, SE ASIA, China, New Zealand, and South Africa.
Norman lectures at the MBA or EMBA programs at leading graduate schools of management in Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand. Prior to his consulting career, he held senior marketing and General Manager positions within services and manufacturing.
Norman has published widely in his field and has contributed to a range of journals and in ternational conferences. His book, Strategic Alignment, has received acclaim in the management and business press. His recent book, The Future Builders deals with the practices of creating the future and organisational adaptation in uncertain environments.
