IP systems in China and the EU – A Comparison

Many SMEs believe that IPR protection follows universal regulations, while in reality there are important differences in the IP systems in China and in Europe. Especially for foreign invested companies it is crucial to understand the differences in the system and also in enforcement, to be able to jointly with the HQ adapt a suitable IP strategy.
