AJ started the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) chapter in Beijing in 2015 and served as its Chapter President for 2.5 years. in 2018, he established a podcast named Sharks & Dragons which delves into critical topics affecting entrepreneurs building businesses in China. Besides, serving as a mentor of China Accelerator helping recent start-ups grow faster and become sustainable enterprises.
