International Women's Day 2023

International Women's Day is a universal day to celebrate the achievements of women from all around the world and the progress that has been made with regard to gender equality. However, we are not there yet. Equality is not the same as equity. Equity acknowledges that circumstances can make it more difficult for people to achieve the same goals. How can we have (true) equality without equity?
