The British Chamber's annual China Schools Awards are back for a fifth year of celebrating internationally-oriented K-12 education in China! For this edition, the awards will take place in Chongqing on Friday 6th March 2026, with a full-day event combining learning and development for staff, with a high-profile awards ceremony for leaders in international education.

Previous China Schools Awards



Run since 2020, the China Schools Awards is one of China's leading events for the international school community. Each year, representatives from over 150 schools gather together to celebrate their achievements over the previous year, learn from their colleagues across China, and hear from educational suppliers from across the country.​

This year's event will take place on Friday 6th March in Chongqing. Applications for this year's awards will begin in the third week of September, and run to mid-November.​

The programme is supported by the UK Government, with previous award patrons including the British Ambassador and Consuls-General in Chongqing and Guangzhou.​
