Join us this Friday, November 15th as we invite Thilo Koeppe, one of the initiators and Chairman of the Inclusion Factory, to talk about

how to facilitate, scale and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities from production to a role model for all kinds of businesses.

No one is handicapped, but many people are handicapped by something or some-one.

At the Inclusion Factory, they strongly believe that intellectually challenged people have the desire to be and are capable of being fully integrated into an industrial working environment and consequently into our society.

Since 2014 the Inclusion Factory encourages individuals to develop their personalities and skills through inclusion and professional guidance and by providing a degree of social security.

Currently, 38 challenged individuals have been fully employed producing mechanical assemblies and demanding cable harness solutions, among other products.

The talk will take the audience along the journey of challenges, opportunities and reasons for final success developing an idea into a lighthouse project.
