    Janine Jakob is a Soft Skills Trainer and Happiness & Career Coach from Germany and founder of her company Full Potential Partners Shanghai (潜智(上海)商务咨询有限公司) who moved to China in 2017. After 7 years of work experience at global Fortune 500 IT company Hewlett-Packard Germany, she founded the Happiness Association and ByeByeBorders in Suzhou. In parallel, she studied International Business to receive a Master of Arts at German Munich Business School and her Master of Science at French SKEMA Business School in Suzhou, China.
    Janine is a passionate founder and host of several networking events like Girl Gone International in Suzhou. She bridges intercultural relationships at InterNations Suzhou & promotes well-being, mindset and motivation throughout China in her online communities Monday Morning Motivation.

    Marie is an Intercultural Consultant and Facilitator based in Shanghai. She first moved to China in early 2010 to continue my studies of Chinese Language at Fudan University after obtaining an Intercultural Communication Degree summa cum laude in Milan, Italy.
    Fluent Italian, English and Chinese speaker, She has more than 9 years of experience in workshop facilitation with a focus on the cross-cultural components in Leadership, Team Management, Communication Effectiveness, and other soft skills. The main strengths are creating and delivering customized engaging and effective trainings to both individuals and multinational groups.
    While in Shanghai, she has co-founded the Global Women Entrepreneur Network (a learning and sharing community focused on helping women entrepreneurs improving their personal and business skills) and Monday Morning Motivation (an inspiring community that targets everyone who wants to develop healthy and sustainable habits through both online and offline events.)
    When not working, she enjoys entertaining friends, improving my knitting skills, listening to really long podcasts, and falling a lot while learning to rock climb.
