DCCC together with Mercuri Urval is organising a Workshop to address these topics and coach people who are working for Nordic companies in China, willing to develop and progress their careers in such cross-cultural business environment. Through this workshop, participants will be guided by Team Coaching to gain a better understanding of Nordic culture and appreciated behaviors as a Manager. The design of this workshop is aiming to increase people's self-awareness of their own unique strengths as a Manager and or Individual Contributor, get the knowledge about how to influence and manage up, as well as understand their development needs in order to achieve their career aspiration.

Anne Zhang, based in Shanghai, joined Mercuri Urval in 2010. She took Team Leader role and became one of Mercuri Urval’s first group of Partners in 2018.
Anne is focused on Executive Search and Talent Solutions. Typical clients are European companies that are growing fast in the Asia market facing interesting challenges during different development phases. In recent years conducting leadership development programs and cross-cultural trainings for European clients, working with Chinese and non-Chinese managers.
Acting as a sparring partner and coach to senior business leaders, both Europeans working in China and Chinese with international background. Certified coach (ACC, CPCC, a member of ICF).
More than 10 years experience working in international environments in China, supporting global companies within internal communications, change management, leadership development, cross-cultural collaboration and coaching.
Prior to moving to China, more than 20 years of corporate experience across company value chain within marketing, product management, business development, in industries of Tech/IT, Internet and renewable energy, giving her a solid understanding of corporate business and leadership challenges across industries.
