The QBPC Patent and Innovation Committee (PIC) is planning to host the 2024 PIC Lecture Session 8 - an online seminar on High-quality Patent Application Drafting and Prosecution Practice on September 18, 2024 (Wednesday).


This seminar will invite two patent experts, Mr. Yanfeng XIONG and Mr. Zuoxi TAN, to make presentations from two aspects:

  • Introduction of Patent Application Drafting and Quality Control (Inspection of claims and specification drafting from the perspectives of patent examination, infringement, and invalid defense)
  • Enlightenment of the Judicial Interpretation of Patent Grant and Infringement to High-quality Drafting and Prosecution
