How can we implement solutions when we don't know there is a problem or refuse to admit something needs to change?

How can we talk about stress in a society that pushes us to always achieve more and where opening up about our challenges makes us look weak?

Join us for this empowering workshop where Helena will start by sharing the impact of stress on both our physical and mental health backed by science and statistics; she will then guide us during role plays to learn how to feel comfortable opening up to our boss and our loved ones.

The ultimate goal of this workshop is to demystify stress and increase our well-being both at work and at home.

Who is this event for?

This event is open to everyone interested in ways to communicate stress to others. There are no restrictions on age, gender, or nationality. The workshop will be conducted in English.
