Guangzhou - GCC Roundtable Human Resources Management

We sincerely invite you to join the GCC Roundtable – Human Resources in Guanzghou on 12th of August 2019, Monday.

我们诚挚邀请您参加于2019年8月12日（周一）在广州举行的人力资源管理圆桌会议。

This time the HR Roundtable has two parts: To begin with, James Peng, a professional lawyer from PW & Partners Law Firm, will explain the how should company handle flexible recruitment and avoid legal risk. In the second part, the attendees will focus on the current hot topics and have a discussion.

本次HR 圆桌会议将分为两个部分。首先，来自广东固法律师事务所的彭波律师将就"在灵活用工过程中，如何有效规避法律风险"这一话题进行详细讲解。在第二部分，与会者将聚焦当前热点话题并进行讨论。

Each attendee should bring up a topic or case in advance. After selection, those topics or cases will be discussed during the roundtable. 

每位与会者需提前提出一个话题或案例，筛选过后的话题或案例将作为圆桌会议上的讨论对象。

Since the number of participants is limited to 12 and the theme of the GCC Roundtable this time is Human Resource, we will treat your registrations on a first come, first served basis. Besides, only the person who is in charge of HR or Administration department and above allowed.

GCC Roundtable is one of the most representative events of German Chamber of Commerce, is to encourage the mutual communication between colleagues of same working groups from different enterprises and share own opinions and experiences. 

德国商会圆桌会议是商会最具代表性的活动之一，目的是促进企业中在相同工作领域的管理者之间的交流，提供交换意见、分享经验的平台。

Effective human resources management continues to be a big challenge for German companies with operations in China. As China's economy is transitioning towards becoming a "knowledge economy" the needs of employers and employees alike are changing as well. As HRs we are both face different kinds of difficulty: rising labor costs, flattening productivity and an overall shortage of skilled workers remain the primary concerns of our member companies.

对在中国开展业务的德国公司而言，有效的人力资源管理仍然是一个巨大的挑战。随着中国经济向"知识经济"过渡，雇主和雇员的需求也在不断变化。人力资源部门也面临着各种各样的困难：劳动力成本上升，生产力趋于平缓以及技术工人总体短缺等。
