Event Details
In recent years, European and American manufacturers have been expanding, relocating and consolidating operations in China, as a result of business growth and maximising efficiency. Such manufacturers will decide on a new location in the district, city, or often a nearby more cost-effective city (i.e. away from tier 1 cities) with more efficient property solutions and better government incentives. This presents both challenges and benefits, and depending on the execution the process can be painful or smooth.
In collaboration with the American, European, Swiss, Spanish and British Chambers of Commerce, organised by GBG and sponsored by Plainvim International, we are delighted to invite our members to an event where 3 seasoned speakers will highlight solutions in each aspect of this site selection process.
- 1st speaker: Director of Plainvim. One of the leading international industrial property developers / landlords across the Greater Bay Area, with new, high-end, single and multi-storey factory buildings, available now or custom-made (BTS).
- 2nd speaker: Partner, Jade Fountain. Legal & tax solutions, including how to best handle registered capital and corporate structuring for the existing and new entities.
- 3rd speaker: General Manager, Complete Manufacturing And Distribution. Other factors to consider, including deregistration at current location, EIA, feasibility, move management. Andrew Parrish a fluent Chinese speaker and has over 20 years experience managing multiple industrial plants across China.
