We sincerely invite you to join the GCC Roundtable โ Human Resources in Chengdu on Aufgust 24th, Tuesday.
GCC Roundtable is one of the most representative events of German Chamber of Commerce, is to encourage the mutual communication between colleagues of same working groups from different enterprises and share own opinions and experiences.
Effective human resources management continues to be a big challenge for German companies with operations in China. As China's economy is transitioning towards becoming a "knowledge economy" the needs of employers and employees alike are changing as well. As HRs we are both face different kinds of difficulty: rising labor costs, flattening productivity and an overall shortage of skilled workers remain the primary concerns of our member companies.
๏ปฟMs. Lily XU, the Human Resources Director from BALLUFF Sensor, is the main speaker of the HR Roundtable, she will share her profound opinions about employee turnover rate, salary system, employee benefits system. All the HRs will exchange their points and learn from each other.
