Event Information

In2020,the Chinese government proposed comprehensive safety regulations to monitor the transport of hazardous substances. The new directive maps the entire process and stakeholders, detailing the responsibilities and liabilities of the different parties.


The new regulations might have a vast effect on German and EU enterprises, which are often involved with dangerous goods through the supply chain, customs inspection, product registration, logistics, and more.


Together with chamber members and FoC, we will discuss cargoes imported and exported to Guangzhou Ports, especially in dangerous goods.

    Mr. Bob Liao entered the field of international freight and import declaration after graduating from university in 2005. He has been engaged in import customs affairs, international logistics and supply chain  for 16 years. He is a senior expert in these fields, as well as good at customs risk control, import taxation, supply chain management and corporate management. Currently, he is studying for a DBA  at Toulouse Business School.
    Mr. Liao started his own business from scratch in 2008 and founded Pantom. As of the end of 2020, Pantom has grown into an enterprise with 5 companies and more than 150 employees in China. As one of the earliest companies engaged in import agency services, after more than 13 years of development and precipitation, Pantom has ranked among the best in the industry regardless of scale, service quality and market reputation. The enterprise has served 35,000 companies including world-renowned brands, such as Saint-Gobain, Huawei, Tencent, Royal Dutch /Shell Group of Companies, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, JD, Alibaba, CASC, and CSCEC, etc.
