The company and CRRC Changke jointly established Changke Xinzhu to build a new construction and maintenance base for urban railway vehicles. The base covers an area of about 800 acres and has a total investment of over 2 billion yuan. There are nearly 800 employees and an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan. . It has 4 production lines, including car body production lines, painting production lines, assembly production lines, and debugging production lines, as well as 6 static debugging lines, 1.64 kilometers of moving lines and 4.2 kilometers of car storage lines. It has an annual output of 600 aluminum alloy car bodies. With the ability to paint 500 vehicles, 800 vehicle assemblies, and 800 bogies, we have successively undertaken complete vehicle production orders for Chengdu Metro Lines 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 and tram line Rong-2. Takes about 50% of the Chengdu rail transit market.
