As a part of the 11th CAW, this event presents a real-time negotiation involving arbitration clauses for inclusion in cross-border transaction agreements.
This event marks the inaugural session of the "GBA Lawyers Workshop" series. Following this, we envision hosting similar events in places such as Shenzhen and other cities within the GBA to promote Hong Kong's alternative dispute resolution services.
