【GAMI Open Course】"Lean production enabled by Industry 4.0"

Lean production is a principle focused on eliminating waste. Waste is defined as anything that does not add customer value. We see Industry 4.0 as an enabler for a new boost of Lean Production. Existing lean methods and tools are enhanced by digitalization. Sensors gather more information on the current status of the production system and allow for an improved decision-making. This course the opportunities for hands-on practice of lean principles and gives insights in how lean production benefits from Industry 4.0.
