2019年3月15日，十三届全国人大二次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国外商投资法》（"《外商投资法》"）。

On March 15, 2019, the Second Session of the 13th National People's Congress voted to pass the Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China (the "Foreign Investment Law"). The Foreign Investment Law is intended to address the voiced concerns of the foreign community regarding market liberalization and equal treatment of companies.

这次的演讲会将介绍《外商投资法》的主要内容，以及企业应该关注和解决的重要变化。演讲语言为中文，欢迎企业管理者、法务等相关参与者就实际操作问题进行提问并且分享经验。

This workshop will focus on introducing the main content and highlights of the new Foreign Investment Law. The workshop will be held in Chinese and corporate managers, legal counsels and other interested participants are welcome to raise questions and share experiences.
