Te-Ping Chen is a reporter and former Beijing correspondent for the Wall Street Journal.
She's also just released her first debut book, Land of Big Numbers, a collection of short fiction about disparate lives in China.
We'll talk to her about the book, and about the move from writing journalism to writing fiction about China.
