ISLC Executive and Leadership Coaching Accreditation Programs (Leve One and Level Two) are certified coach training pathways with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The Executive and Leadership Coaching Essentials Level Two program enables anyone new to coaching and experienced coaches seeking recognition to acquire expertise in conducting effective coaching activities. The Level One journey includes Readings, Discussion, 3-day Module Two Program, Peer Coaching Group, and an Essay.
This event is the mentioned Module Two program, which is the key component of Level Two accreditation program. It begins with pre-reading materials and peer discussions within learning groups. This commences three weeks before this 3-day face-to-face Module Two program.

The Executive and Leadership Coaching Essentials Level Two program utilises a unique "Acquisition-Application-Integration" approach to develop coaches who walk the talk. The participants' journey will include pre-reading, an intensive 3-day training program (Module Two Program), a reflective learning task, a Supervised Coaching Internship (SCI), and two Competencies Master Classes (CMC).

Participants will:
• Have an enhanced ability to "listen for what is unsaid",

• Strategically manage stressful situations,
• Discover new ways to apply strengths-based approaches,
• Manage multiple perspectives,
• Demonstrate the ICF core competencies as a coach.
Successful completion of all requirements leads to the ISLC Level Two Certificate.
ISLC offers two ICF credentials training programs, corresponding with the quantity of education and coaching experience required to earn it.
The credentials are:
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – required to complete 60 hours of coach-specific education and 100 hours of client coaching experience;
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – required to complete 125 hours of coach-specific education and 500 hours of client coaching experience.
After graduating from Level One, all alumni join the worldwide ISLC online community giving them access to the faculty. The alumni community has access to various resources, including webinars, reading lists, sample coaching engagement contracts, the ISLC and ICF codes of ethics (CoE), and samples of coaching contract proposals.
Additionally, alumni can pose questions to the community to explore global best practices. Alumni members are invited to face-to-face and online events in their region.
Completing Module One is a prerequisite for people interested in working with ISLC as an Associate.
Our Level Two coaching program is open to all graduates of the ISLC Level One program. A minimum of 30 hours of coaching are encouraged to be prepared for Level Two program content.
