Dear Automotive IWG members,

QBPC Automotive IWG will hold an offline Exchange Meeting with Shanghai Customs on July 23,which will only open to Automotive IWG members.

· Time: 14:00-16:00, July 23

· Venue: Jianghaiguan Building, No. 13 Zhongshan East 1st Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai, Meeting Room TBD.

· Capacity: 5 member companies;

· 5-10 minutes for each company to present.

*Please be noted that:

All participants have to prepare a deck based on the following topics provided by customs:

• Authorization for import and export of used cars
• Issues and challenges in IPR protection practices in import and export (including case clues sharing, etc.)

Registration:

1.One company one seat, first come first served.

2. The registration will open on July 15 at 10:00am and close at 12:00nn of July 16, Beijing time. The successful registrants will be notified before July 18.

3. The list shall be subject to customs confirmation.
