Exchange Meeting between QBPC and Shanghai People's Procuratorate

Best Practices/Enforcement Committee will hold an Exchange Meeting between QBPC and Shanghai People's Procuratorate on November 3rd at JW MARRIOTT HOTEL SHANGHAI AT TOMORROW SQUARE in Shanghai. The meeting aims to enhance cooperation with Shanghai Municipal and district PPs to improve the effectiveness and transparency of IP criminal prosecution. Officials from Shanghai Municipal and district PPs will be invited to have an in-depth discussion on judicial protection of trade secrets, digital copyright and enterprise IP compliance governance. You are encouraged to voice out any concerns and suggestions related to IP criminal prosecution.
