The Unified Patent Court, which began to operate on June 1, 2023, represents the biggest change in the European Patent System in more than 40 years. In view of this, Patent and Innovation Committee (PIC) is going to hold a workshop on Unified Patent Court Introductionon August 1, 2023 (Tuesday) with both online and offline options.

FENG Yehan, a senior lawyer in the field of European IP, will be invited to introduce Unified Patent Court with members.
