We are thrilled to announce our first
European Pork Master Class in Vietnam!
We will bring you an exclusive series of two master classes across the country. These master classes are one of the offline activities of the three-year "European Pork, the Smart Choice" promotional campaign in Vietnam.
The event will be divided into two parts, one theory master class introducing all the key ideas and messages of the campaign, including information on safety, quality and target cuts; and one practical master class which will provide you hands-on experience to put theory into practice and enhance your mastery of pork cuisine both in Vietnamese and Western style.
And that's not all! There also will be a ham carving class where you will learn traditions that define the art of serrano ham and carving techniques!
