Kate holds an M.A. in Chinese language and literature, which she obtained at Dnipropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. She later earned a certificate in psychology at the University of Derby in the UK. As a registered behavior technician at ELG, Kate is involved with intake observations, behavior intervention plan implementation, applied behavior analysis sessions, and assisting BCBAs in assessments. She loves working with children in a variety of settings and helping them with skills acquisition and overcoming problem behaviors.

Tameah has had a range of experience, working for individual children, managing classrooms, and being a resource for classroom teachers. She understands how full-time environments can be adapted to support different children's needs from her direct work experience, making her a great resource for classroom teachers. Tameah loves to watch children develop and to help them on their individual journeys. At ELG, she is passionate about having a mutual exchange between herself, her colleagues, and the families she works with; everyone supports one another to grow and learn.
