Beatrix Fraese has been working for the VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Association since 1998. With her intense knowledge in the Chinese market – she is already for a long time the appreciated partner for all activities from German Machinery producers in China.
Since 2020 she is deputy managing director of the association and recognized as well-known expert for the beverage and packaging machinery market.
Among other things, she heads the specialist departments for beverage and dairy technology and focuses on economic and market-related topics in the food processing and packaging machinery sector. She represents the interests of machine exhibitors in the drinktec advisory board and has been working closely with the drinktec project team on market strategy and industry-related issues for many years.

Rolf Keller holds a degree in economics and has extensive experience in the field of stainless steel solutions for the food industry and in the plastics industry. With many years of sales and management experience and his extensive activities in the US, Chinese, Brazilian and Indian markets, he joined NürnbergMesse in 2009 as a member of the management team. There he oversaw a diverse portfolio of events, including FachPack, Euroguss, MedTec and BrauBeviale - always with a focus on developing modern sales concepts. As the lead project manager of the “YONTEX” joint venture since 2021, he developed the merger of the drinktec and BrauBeviale trade fairs under one roof. Rolf Keller has been CEO of YONTEX since summer 2023 and has thus played a key role in the development of future-oriented business platform offerings for the beverage and liquid food industry worldwide – among which the drinktec cluster plays the major role.

Markus Kosak is Exhibition Manager and working within drinktec cluster since 2007 in various positions. For example: he was responsible for shows abroad – as China Brew & Beverage in the years 2013 and 2017.
With the foundation of YONTEX and the bundling of the internationally outstanding German beverage trade fairs he became Executive Director for drinktec and drinktec cluster. With this responsibility he heads all activities around the concept and direction of all activities around the global business summit drinktec in Munich and furthermore all brand expansion activities worldwide.
With his long-time experience in drinktec business and all topics that relate to the beverage and liquid food industry he has a deep insight in the sectors requirements and future developments.
Beside his qualification as event manager he is a recognized expert for beer tasting, a beer sommelier – with certificate from Doemens Academy.
