Dr. Samson Chan,
Managing Director of Stanley & Partners

Dr. Chan is a founding partner of Stanley & Partners. He has been in charge of the international department, investment department, fund management department, investment research & consultancy department. Now he sits as a board member of Stanley & Partner and CEO of Stanley & Galaxy focusing China high net wealth advice on investment outside China. He has 25 years' experiences in real estate both 10 years in the US and HK and 15 years in China. He specialized in foreign funds investment in China real estate and is widely recognized as one of the leaders in this field. He has successfully advised Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and Macquarie Bank to invest in China real estate. Dr. Chan also taught MBA courses for Newport University and project management courses for Curtin University in their Hong Kong campuses. In early 2000, Dr. Chan was handling project managment of a HK$2.5 billion project for Hong Kong Shui On Group before he moved to Shanghai. In early 90's, he served as a project manager at Gerald Mele Associates in California USA. Dr. Chan has profound knowledge and experiences in the development and financing of residential, retail and industrial projects in China (included HK) and the U.S. market. In addition, Dr. Chan has continually devoted himself to providing coaching and career development for universities students both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. For past 15 years, he had coached over 500 universities students throught summer internship program in Shanghai.
